Kiryandil, in the extremely unlikely event a President is impeached and removed from office, the Vice President would AUTOMATICALLY become President. That's Mike Pence. Mike Pence would not start appointing "Democrats" to federal judgeships.

You're arguing that they'd somehow magically be able to then impeach and remove Mike Pence the INSTANT after they removed Trump, thus allowing "Democrat judges" to be confirmed?

You probably don't even realize that if they impeached Trump they'd need to OVERWHELMINGLY convince a REPUBLICAN controlled Senate to remove him with 2/3rds of the Senate voting to convict, which ain't happening.
