The United States, along with its allies, invaded continental Europe seventy-five years ago on June 6, 1944, thus ensuring the defeat of the worst tyranny in human history. But is this magnificent nation capable of mustering the same effort and resources if Donald Trump is defeated and the current iteration of the Democratic Party ever assumes power in perpetuity?

He should have said “One” of the worst tyrannies in human history.
Very good piece.
...if the Democratic Party ever assumes power in perpetuity? Never gonna happen. Trump is the LAST President.
No, the worst tyranny is the one WE serve.
The wrong side won —just look at Europe.
And increasingly, look at US.
By winning we lost.
Uh-uh...Stalin's Soviet Union, Mao's Red China, and democrats are working on it.

I asked, "Well what is going to happen to those people we can't reeducate, that are diehard capitalists?" And the reply was that they'd have to be eliminated. And when I pursued this further, they estimated they would have to eliminate 25 million people in these reeducation centers. And when I say "eliminate," I mean "kill." Twenty-five million people.
President for life? American Caesar?
Quite a provocative comment there, FRiend.
I have a feeling that America is at a place similar to where Republican Rome was at the time of Julius Caesar.
Is Trump our Augustus?
Yes. The author is horribly wrong. Guess he never heard of the USSR.
I do beleive we have come to a place where we have to reset The Constitution. I think we can manage with the same founding documents with the caveat never let the commies come back all we have to do is deport the current crop, like SIngapore, but we cant do that with our current government, hence, Trump is the LAST.
Just curious as to why you thing President Trump will be our last president?
I don’t remember what year that was but it’s been a while. Now it would probably be closer to 60-75 million or many more.
They next time there is a “coup”, they’ll go full Stalin on our asses. If they can. If many of them want to die.
It’s sad.
1982 I believe.
Things looked awesome in 62. It is what happened later that caused our current problems
That sounds about right. Thanks.
