The former MI6 agent behind the Trump dossier has agreed to be questioned by US officials over his relationship with the FBI.
Christopher Steele, 54, has agreed to meet investigators in London within weeks, according to a source close to him. Mr Trump has tweeted more than 50 times about Mr Steele, calling him a failed spy and accusing him of spreading fake news.

That all depends on who is doing the interview. I’ve read that its Horowitz (DOJ Inspector General). If that’s the case I’m not very optimistic.
More running the clock out in hopes a dem wins in 2020.
He will; be pushing Daisey’s before Hillary lets him convict her.
Two reasons I visit here less often....See post 2 and 3. This place is loaded with these defeatist weasels and political posers.
Don’t you mean Huber?
Defeatest Weasels! Exactly!
They seem to be in an informal cabal which believes everything happens because some invisible power is pulling puppet strings. It must be awful to wake up in the morning with nothing to do all day but watch your back.
Horowitz, “What`s your favorite color?”
Steele, “Yellow”
Horowitz, “OK, that concludes the interview. Thank you Mr. Steele.”
Memo to all the TRAITORS:
HEY! They’re gonna get you, TOO
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
(thank you Queen)
has agreed to meet investigators in London
Where he should be promptly arrested, but he wont. Why not?
I hope he also confesses t working for MI-6 who encouraged and paid for his participation.
Horowitz only has jurisdiction over current DOJ federal employees, so its definitely not him. About a week ago there were reports that Steele was refusing to meet with Durham, so most likely thats who it actually is:
Grassley and Graham sent a criminal referral for Steele to the DOJ last year, so they may be threatening him with extradition, especially with Trump over there now in contact with UK leadership:

If it happens, Steele is unlikely to come clean. Like most of these fraudsters, they just dig deeper into their bag of dirty tricks. Their hope is to drag this out and hope Trump loses the election, which is why all these delays in justice being served have been so infuriating. But this is a positive development, overall. Getting testimony from Assange should be a priority as well.
Extradite his criminal ass. And a British intel agent didn’t do this on his own. He had approval of his superiors, and cooperation of the CIA in London. Gina Hastell, And Stephan Halper being two examples.
The bastard Steele created the dossier out of whole cloth, sat down and wrote it. There isn’t a word of truth in it, and the whole thing was paid for by Hillary and executed by the five eyes and our own intel community.
Thank you for the informed reply and info.
The function of an Inspector General is to investigate allegations of wrongdoing or misconduct by both employees and contractors. It is my understanding that Steel may have been paid by the FBI, thereby effectively making him a contractor to the bureau. Since it would be hard for the IG to investigate a contractor without having some access to them, I wouldn’t rule out a Horowitz interview with Steele. Any thoughts on this?
BTW I completely agree with you that that the cabal is trying to stonewall and drag this out in hopes of Trump losing. They’re buying time and I supposed Barr is well aware of what they’re doing.
Jack Black just posted a different theory that Steele may be allowed to testify to the OIG first, as being a former FBI contractor. This would certainly be the lesser of two evils, from Steeles perspective, but disappointing to ours. If so, it almost appears as if theres a competition in DOJ to look into these issues, and the weak noodle keeps winning the right to go first.
So far the dens of corruption are winning, at least in terms of stalling and stonewalling. We have yet to even see a single page of any of the FISA requests.
The wheels of justice are not running slowly; they have come off.
