Those are requirements to SERVE IN THE OFFICE. You could certainly speculate that they are requirements to be sworn in.
But there are no presidential elections, no conventions, no "running", no nominations, no primaries in the US Constitution.
The choice of the President and Vice President is left up to 50 State Legislatures, acting independently of each other, using whatever methods they choose (except the 3 electoral votes Congress awarded itself in 1960).
so go through and election and then at the swearing in the Chief Justice, says, without a hearing, sorry you had a right to run, but not serve. Can’t swear you in.

Easy to extrapolate if you re not qualified to serve, you can’t run.
40 years ago the secretary of state of cal asked Eldridge Cleaver for a copy of his birth certificate. He was too young to serve. So she took his name off the ballot. Don’t remember a case overturning her action.
