I’m under the impression no one can conduct a forensic examination of any document unless they have to hand an actual, real-time document to examine. Any so called birth record under discussion here has never been physically handled. All that has ever been seen is a representation shown on your computer screen.
What value then, such an ‘analysis’?

Yes, its definitely a moving target. So the original fraudulent document is replaceable with yet another and so on.

A computer file was what we were provided. Yes, you can do forensics on computer files. It may be insufficient to demonstrate, in the case of a facsimile or photo, that it is an accurate version of the original. Or, it might show (for instance in pixel-peaking) obvious signs of manipulation. Plus there is a varying amount of meta-data in most pictures.
So I would say "it's different" not that it's a useless analysis.
If you take a photo off of the web and put it in Windows Media you can often learn a lot about the picture, if the "properties" fields have not been erased, including the name of the person who took it.

What value then, such an analysis? Why don't you review some of the proofs that the BC is a fraud and then decide the value. It is an unequivocal fraudulently produced document. Inform yourself.
