Yeah, there will be a couple wrist slaps here and there. The bigger question is whether Congress will do something to reign in the deep state. Part of problem is Congress is part of the deep state. But there are enough reps who would pass a bill preventing the use of intelligence services against political opponents. It would be called something else of course and do some harm along with good (best case)

The people will need to turn off the TV and insist on a fix. Of course that's hard, who wants to give up bread and circus. Second problem is that the idiots like Schiff have made an investments and don't want to lose their investment. There are probably more "insurance policies" that we don't know about. There's the problem of 10,000 random psychopaths that can be deployed by the deep state.
