Not bad for a couple that left the White House dead-broke.
At their age, and with Chelsea successfully launched, I’d have to ask the Clintons Obama’s question, “Why do you need more money?”
Of course, I like to ask Obama the same thing.
I always wondered how they were able to buy two mansions, one in Washington and one in New York. They were broke and actually in debt from legal bills when Bill left the White House.
How the heck did they get mortgages for the houses? Nobody ever asks how a dead broke couple departing the White House had such luxurious homes waiting for them.
I know they have made millions in the years after the White House, but at the time they acquired these properties, they supposedly didn’t have any money.
See what a life of political subterfuge,threats, convenient death and criminal enterprise can get Arkansas trash? I’m surprised she hasn’t named it Casa Blanco while planning to recoup the real one.
