I was pretty good friends with Jeff many years ago when he was just starting to gain traction in Hollywood. In all our conversations, we never even got into politics. I think it’s probably just popular to virtue signal amongst the people currently surrounding him.
It’s kind of a reach to write a whole article on this inconsequential tweet and kind of silly to refer to Jeff as a ‘heavy hitter’. He’s a respected, award winning, actor, but ‘heavy hitter’, he ain’t.

When someone tells you they’re going to do something to you, it’s best to believe them. They MEAN it.
But it’ll be difficult when people are shooting back, Jeffrey... and actively tracking down those who would attempt harm...
Thankfully in my life I’ve never needed an actor for anything.
