They need to put out a PSA for all the secretaries, janitors, maintenance people and a few others, that they have, to leave the DC area around the Capitol and surrounding departmental buildings. Anyone else has to pass a test and show their voting history and their allegiance to the US. If they don’t pass they have to stay.
Once everything and every one is sorted out, they just need to level that place to a parking lot. Then douse it with gas and light it on fire for a month. After that clean it up and slowly rebuild it. Of course there should be a way to protect all the monuments. Other than that, all the rocks, concrete and rebar get dumped into the ocean.
