Strawman. Letterman? What a putz.
To: Kaslin
If I had Letterman in front of me today, Id ask a simple question. Dave, are you able to allow yourself the possibility I can be a fan of yours and support Donald Trumps presidency at the same time? I honestly dont know what hed say.
Chris Stigall is the king of morons. no, the emperor of morons. no, the god of morons.

I watched Letterman one time for five minutes. That was all I could take.

" Id rather watch a Trump rally. And for what its worth, hes a hell of a lot more entertaining, too."AMEN!
and there's nothing fake about it. Trump's rallies are instant pick me ups...and he has no need for "applause" signs. The cheers are real.

If he thinks he can do a better job, why doesn’t he ask Townhall.com to hire him.

Letterman today reminds me of a great line from one of his Top Ten Lists...the list entitled "Top Ten Pickup Lines Of Fidel Castro".
"Would you like to check my beard for ticks?"

I watched Letterman one time for five minutes. That was all I could take. In his earlier days Letterman was pretty good. But then he turned ugly...started schtupping the hired help...you know the drill.

Letterman amused me years back until I found out that he’s basically an immoral, bad person.

Nice article. Kind of echoes my sentiments.
1982 was a tough year for me. I lost my job and my apartment. I was homeless for one or two days and had to move back home with the folks. Humiliating.
Day after day I looked for a job, but none were to be had. I was depressed.
But, at 10:30 pm I could turn on NBC and Letterman always made me laugh. Often, that was the best hour of the day. Some days it was all I had to look forward to.
Over the next few years things improved dramatically, and I still tuned in to Dave’s show and he still made me laugh. Then, I graduated college, married, got a great job and had kids. No time for late night TV so I didn’t watch his show much from about 1991 until he retired.
Last year, I caught one of his Netflix interviews (with Jerry Seinfeld) and Dave came across as a weird, angry, bitter old guy. I felt sorry for him. That bright spark inside him that helped to get me through tough times was long gone, A light had gone out.
