These are all things that President Trump has said. He too, recognizes that it's such an "urgent" thing, something so important that it impacts our national security--and it does--that he labeled it an "emergency."
But Mitt, you're a Presidential loser, and a petty one to boot, so you voted against the President. Had you led the charge in Congress, maybe the President wouldn't have to declare such an emergency.

There is one and only one reason that Romney voted against declaring a national security crisis: hate of Trump. I notice here that he uses the word fencing instead of the word wall. Something about that terminology, and the refusal to use the word wall is a clue as to which side he is on.

The only good thing that Mitt Romney has done in politics is that he unintentionally kept Hillary out of the White House. Had Myth won in 2012, he would have run against Hillary in 2016 and been slaughtered. As bad as Obama was and Myth would have been, Hillary would be worse by several magnitudes.
