Amash is a hateful, lying idiot.
1. He was first elected in 2010 as one of the original TEA Party candidates.
2. He sounds like he's got solid principles in Congress, and votes accordingly.
3. Unfortunately, this means he often ends up being one of a very small number -- like, fewer than five House members -- who votes against bills that pass by huge bi-partisan margins.
4. This might make him a principled man, but also a completely useless legislator.
5. He is clearly incapable of convincing anyone else in Congress to vote his way, so his only way to deflect blame -- and generate any publicity for himself at all -- is to make these outlandish statements against President Trump ... as if it's Trump's fault that the Republicans in Congress are mostly big-government globalists.
If he's the worst Republican in Congress, we're in fine shape.
Check out his family business angle and it will tell you all you need to know.
I hope the RNC puts a lot of money behind a Primary opponent for this idiot next year.
Great post. Thank you!
I’m sure Mitch & McCarthy will follow-up with support for DJT and his 63 million supporters.
“I hope the RNC puts a lot of money behind a Primary opponent for this idiot next year.”
I certainly hope so too.
We cannot have people in Congress claiming to be Republicans, while undermining Republicans and a R president.
Get rid of this evil jerk.

No words for Romney?
as if it’s Trump’s fault that the Republicans in Congress are mostly big-government globalists.

He has a habit of endorsing them, he has to stop doing that and WE have to stop voting for them.

He’d have to double his efforts to catch up to Romney.

It’s either that or a huge Dem majority running the country. Is that what you want?
You are asking about Romney:
Romney: Mueller report did not show obstruction, ‘I don’t think impeachment is the right way to go’

No, I want primary election taking out weasels like we took out Eric Cantor, so we can replace them with Republicans who side with the citizens and the rule of law.
You believe anything Romney says?
It could be different next week.
Amash money trail....

Thanks for that post. I live in Michigan and I missed that.
Hes a Trump hating Palistinian.
If you've seen the posting history over the years, that is precisely what he has advocated for - calling for far-left Dems to oust Republicans. The Democrats would have been solidly in control of the US Senate at the time of the Scalia vacancy on the SCOTUS, so of course Obama's pick would have sailed right through and moved the Court solidly left. Think of the number of 5-4 rulings we have had since then that would have been 5-4 the other way, including on immigration policies and the President's powers to control our border and the impact that would have had on this country...not to mention the decades-long negative impact all of the other judicial vacancies being filled by conservatives now that would not have been.
Called out for this before, he non-responds with something like "Keep voting for Lindsey Graham maybe he can get amnesty through" as though this battle would not have already been long lost if what he had advocated had come to pass in Dems taking GOP seats.
Vote for Amash then, any R jersey will do.
