Breitbart News obtained a police report filed days before Obama's 2016 presidential election that describes a used cocaine pipe found in a rental car returned to an Arizona Hertz location in the middle of the night. Also found inside the vehicle were Hunter's personal effects:
<><> two drivers’ licenses both bearing Hunter Biden’s legal name, Robert Biden,
<><> credit cards with the same name,
<><> a Secret Service business card in Hunter Biden's name,
<><> an Attorney General’s badge,
<><> a used cocaine pipe,
<><> a white powdery substance in the arm rest of the vehicle.
“Joseph McGee” called the Hertz rental car counter to inform them of how the keys to the car were left in the vehicle’s gas cap. “McGee” informed the rental car company employee that “his friend was feeling sick so they didn’t know what to do” when the car was returned. Police traced the Joseph McGee call to a phone number of a local renowned “Colon Hydrotherapist."
One Prescott Police officer reported the Secret Service had informed the local police that “Robert Biden had been located by the Secret Service and was well.” The 23 page police document repeatedly refer to the suspect under investigation as Robert Hunter Biden and the report type as a “Narcotics Offense.”
Two different Prescott Police Department officers as well as a detective conducted an investigation—but ultimately local authorities in both the city and county attorney’s offices declined to prosecute. A document shows the the county attorney declined to prosecute because they thought they would only be able to get minor charges to stick, and kicked it down to the city attorney. It is unclear why the city attorney declined to prosecute.

In addition to local police, FBI and the U.S. Secret Service agents were roped into the case, as well. The FBI dispatched agents to the scene, according to the law enforcement documents, and the Secret Service communicated with the various law enforcement officials investigating and confirmed that Hunter Biden was not in harm’s way.
A document shows the reason the county attorney declined to prosecute the vice president’s son is because they thought they would only be able to get minor charges to stick, and kicked it down to the city attorney. It is unclear from the documents why the city attorney declined to prosecute.

Hunter also left behnd an Attorney General’s badge. Biden’s now deceased son Beau was Delaware’s AG.

Yet I spend 7 days in 2 different jails for a 1st ever and only NSF check for $52.50. On an account that was closed a year after the check was written
Then the DA wanted: 1 year probation, 6 months Community Service, $500.00 fine, restitution (taken care of the day I got out of jail on PR) time served, court costs and take a “Theft Education class” .
I asked if the class teaches a person how to steal and get away with it ?
I asked for a Jury Trial of My Peers. They suddenly reduced the sentence to $500.00 fine, restitution, time served and a misdemeanor.
THERE IS NO REAL JUSTICE ANYMORE
Whew. Sounds like a hot time to me. If I had a quieter conscience I think that I’d make a good coke head.
