Vermonts Republican governor Phil Scott suggested he could support former Massachusetts Gov. William Weld in the Republican presidential primary, but stopped short of an official endorsement.
Oh sure, yeah, Scott said during his weekly press conference Thursday when asked if he would prefer Weld over Trump.

How many levels of hypothetical was that question on? The Hill should delete itself.
If you are truly a member of the GOP, what do you really want? If you say low taxes, secure borders, strong defense and opposition to creeping leftism, how can you do better than Donald Trump. If you do not want these things, then why are you a Republican?
Another spineless RINO. Someone should primary him.
Republican, huh? Didn’t he sign gun control and win reelection in 2018 because the Democrats nominated some tranny?
Oh no! There goes Vermont’s three electoral votes!
The GOP is full of progressives now. They can call themselves Republicans but it is clear they are Democrats.
His panties are pink.
That much we’re sure of.
They are already gone. Vermont was nice enough to give them to California (popular vote compact).
A Republican Governor in Vermont? Youve got to be kidding! A state with Commie Sanders & Leaky Leahy has a GOP governor? Youre $hitting me, right?
After all, it is Vermont...
This GOP governor has prostrated himself to the liberal Vermont electorate. If he put that much effort in having a moral backbone, he would elevate himself above the stink on the putrefied sidewalk of political relativism.
Scanning radio dial yesterday and heard a “NH for Weld” ad on WGIR AM out of Manchester NH
RINOs have a moral backbone? If their morality is Marx’s morality, then absolutely; their hatred of those who govern conservatively in the White House is plain, and their love for the type of degenerate such as Crazy Bernie and Leaky even more plain.
The headline should have read “Vermont’s wolf in sheep’s clothing”. The actual headline is a lie.
Vermont deserves him. Nothing of any value from Vermont. Bad Syrup and cheap stuffed Teddy bears.
Put together, a man who is different... even odd
He keeps his word. He works tirelessly. He takes no pay. He works for the people.....and the left have spent 2 years trying to remove him.
So many snakes
Vermont vermin.
A Vermont Republican is something on the order of a Kalifornia Republican in that their values are more closely related to middle America’s democrats.
