The indictment alleges that the Giovanni Drug Trafficking Organization established a heroin distribution network based in Mexico with operations in Tulsa, dating back to November 2017. These narcos are Dreamers. I wonder how much the cartels paid Barry Soetoro for the means to build their distribution networks.
