Trump vs Biden may not be the match Democrats are hoping for
Fox News.com ^ | May 13, 2019 | Liz Peek

President Trump is ready to rumble. At a recent rally, he mocked the large field running against him and implored Democrats to “Just pick somebody; let’s start this thing.” Nobody since Bill Clinton has showed such enthusiasm for the fight, or is so good at it.

At the same event, Trump completely obliterated Democrat wunderkind Pete Buttigieg, saying: "He’ll be great representing us against President Xi of China…I want to be in that room. I want to watch that one."

Who didn’t automatically picture the fresh-faced young mayor from South Bend facing off against the battle-tested, remorseless Xi? It is a devastating, and lasting, vision.

Trump has recently declared “Sleepy Creepy” Joe Biden his likely opponent in 2020, saying the former vice president could keep the pole position throughout the campaign. Everyone else, he says, is “fading fast.” He may be right.

Even as nearly every political soothsayer suggested that his first day as a candidate was likely to be his best, Biden has proven doubters wrong by pulling dramatically ahead. According to the RealClearPolitics average of polls, he now leads next-closest rival Bernie Sanders by an average of 27 points, up from 6 points the day he entered the race.

This, in spite of his unwelcome hug-fests, recent bone-headed dismissal of China as a rival, and an emerging story suggesting he used his office to win his son Hunter business deals with government-backed Chinese operators. Not to mention the frantic efforts by Democrat competitors to grab headlines.

For months Biden has been advertised as the candidate most likely to beat Donald Trump in 2020, and during that same period numerous surveys have shown that “electability” is Democrats’ number one priority. In head-to-head match-ups, polls show Biden indeed coming out on top by seven points.

In a race between Trump and Biden I wouldn’t be shocked to see Trump approach 50% of the black male vote.

The Dems all call Trump an idiot. In Biden, they truly have one.

I’m on record predicting Biden will get the nomination.

However, the only dem candidate I’ve seen that has (at best) an outside chance of beating Trump is Kamala Harris.

If Biden gets the nomination then I see that as a total surrender on the part of the Democrats. No way in hell would a guy who has been in Washington for 50 years suddenly be considered presidential material at the age of 76.

I’ve said for some time that a lot of these younger Democrats like Booker and Harris are really positioning themselves for 2024. If that’s the case, then they would probably rather not risk losing to Trump in 2020.

Also Hispanic vote.

I also suspect a lot of Dems will just stay home. I would if I were one.

Biden does not excite the young Dem radicals enough to get them off the couch and to the polls in large numbers.

Biden’s staff has been working overtime to hustle Joe away from reporters.

Joe recently told one senior staff member he was dying to tell voters about the email he got from Elvis.

One intrepid reporter managed to slip through....he asked Biden how many campaign stops he was planning to make.

Biden said: “Campaign stops? Wait a sec...am I running for something?”

There really isn’t a match for the President. Each of the candidates has something that can really mess them up. With the President, it’s a lot of “he said she said”, nothing has been proven, it’s all hateful speech directed toward him with no basis, and I think he’s more or less batting 1000, maybe 950.

Biden, of course, it’s: his mouth, his dealings w/ the Ukraine and his son, the fact that he’s never accomplished one single thing, the fact that he’s a bona fide moron.

Sanders, he’ll get robbed again, but even if he doesn’t, he’ll get pushed so far Left that he’ll eat himself.

Buttieg, there’s still that tape that he’s desperately trying to keep under wraps, so it just might have some pretty bad stuff on it. Which could blow his whole image out of the water and probably will.

The rest are clowns that have never accomplished anything. A few governors in there, that have ruined their states.

Only thing that the President has to worry about is the level of VOTER FRAUD that will take place. I think it will be something to rival the ages. Think of The Battle of Athens on every steroid imaginable.

Biden looks like he is getting dementia.

Funny, that was my first impression when I saw him speak in an interview about a week ago

I wouldn't say Biden is pulling ahead.

He's just falling less behind.

He probably has some form of dementia.

And the stress of campaigning will not help with that.

I suspect, bumbling Joe is there and at the top of the Liberal polls for one reason...he is expected to bring an Obama along with him as V.P.

Here’s your answer folks.

Trump Political Rally Attendance, One Rally, 32,000 supporters (Grand Rapids, Michigan)

Biden Political Rally Attendance, One Rally, 400 (Maybe, real count 250) Supporters, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

That’s it, folks!!! Note: The other 21 Democrat Party Candidates are getting smaller supporter crowds, then “Creepy, Groper, Sleepy” Uncle Joe Biden!!!

"...President Trump’s job approval ratings currently sits at a robust 53 percent, a full seven points higher than Barack Obama at this same point in his presidency...."

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/04/09/nolte-trump-job-approval-jumps-to-53-seven-points-higher-than-obama/

Working black males, and there are a lot more of them now as opposed to under Obungo, have seriously moved over to the working President. Can't find the poll at the moment but I recall more than one third approval rates from black voters.

Hispanic voters are also moving in the right direction for our President, led by Cubans who have been very happy about Trump's stance on the dictatorial regime in Cuba..

Unless the economy seriously tanks and stays there, I don't see anyone beating our President November 2020.
