But the liberals, starting with Obama in particular, have introduced a new all encompassing act for the president that says an executive order can over rule anything to include the 2nd amendment. I guess when they taught the Constitution in junior high, she should have stayed awake. Funny thing is, California requires passing a constitution test in the 8th grade to continue to high school. Times change, I guess.
