Lesbian feminist Julia Beck went so far as to attack H.R. 5 — the Equality Act — as a "human rights violation" because it would remove everyone's right to single-sex spaces. I seem to recall feminists who were pretty good at removing men's rights to men-only spaces, so she must not mean "everyone". But she's absolutely correct in stating that surgeons don't "assign" sex.

Men cannot change into women. They can be made to look somewhat like a woman but the chemistry and the musclature cannot be changed. People are only fooling themselves to believe they can. If they were born a man, they will die a man. Sorry!
