What bump of any significance did WW do? This is absurd.
It is NOT about whether MS was going to win anyway, it is about how he affected other horses progress, and not just the 2nd horse. Clearly that happened. And no, it doesnt matter that WW didnt name it. The judges shouldve inquired anyway.
BTW, there isnt much precedent. Only a few times did it even come in question, so that doesnt mean that there is no real precedent for DQs. 5 times of some kind of call is hardly much of a population. It is not the same as 144 where mostly nothing happened at all.
Um... yea. Until now, something like this was NOT questioned, by jockeys or stewards. It's happened, plenty... but, on this, the BIGGEST stage in the sport, people understood it didn't make a difference, and took their lumps.
This "sport" is a business. And, that business is entertainment. This action was bad for business, on SO MANY levels. If you can't see that, then... you're blind.
So blind, you can't see WW's bump as he jockeyed for position outside of MS. tragic error by that jockey.
LOLOL Man, that is proof that you have not a clue.
Judge inquiry in the Kentucky Derby. What a joke.

There’s been PLENTY of “rough riding”... few claims of foul have EVER been made against a winner, and NONE were previously upheld.
