Oh no, I didn’t mean to imply that there was anything wrong with Myrna! Those Thin Man movies are among my favorites.
I can’t really explain my dislike of that movie, but for some reason I find it terribly depressing (probably because of poor Homer).
“Homer” won the Academy Award for that, I think. Earned it, I’d say. Became active in AmVets.

I feel the same way about Beaches.
