I doubt she's guilty of perjury. She's just politically connected, and not too bright. Here's my reasoning:
Chelsea was so dumb she didn't realize what the family business really was--influence peddling with laundering through the Clinton Foundation. As revealed in WikiLeaks, Doug Band complained that Chelsea had brought in some outside professionals to look into the foundation business. They thought there was some fishy business going on... so Chelsea concluded that some foundation employees were taking advantage of Bill's fame to profit. In fact, that was precisely the point.
Doug Band said, "Who does she think paid for her apartment and her wedding?"
And, get this: her Ph.D. Oxford thesis was done on the operation and conduct of philanthropic foundations. One of her main conclusions was that sometimes the purpose and conduct of these foundations is influenced by their major donors. Ya think?

Chelsea did her graduate work at Oxford, where Bill had been a Rhodes Scholar (rumored to have been accused of sexual misconduct while there). Here’s what Wikipedia says:
“In 2003, Clinton completed an MPhil degree in international relations at Oxford. .... Her 132-page thesis was titled ‘The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria: A Response to Global Threats, a Part of a Global Future,’ supervised by Jennifer Welsh and Ngaire Woods.

So it was basically a political science master’s degree.

I have cancelled this morning and would advise that there are other affiliates of Expedia like Travelocity, VRBO, etc. in the travel world that should also be considered as part of the Clinton cartel when booking travel.
She did get a Ph.D. but later. It was in the same area, but finished up at NYU.

So, fresh from her studies, she took a head position at the Clinton Foundation... renamed the Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Foundation, because Hillary was busy prepping for her 2016 run.

This stuff kills me. I am no socialist, but boards like this should be abolished. They do nothing to advance or advise the company...
There are plenty of boards that provide expertise and direction. Those boards are worth the money they are paid.
Seems Chels had an entire entourage representing her in the employment negotiations that acted as if Chels was super star Diva who was doing a major media network the biggest favor in the world by considering to honor them by jointing their team. Starting at the top, of course, with her own show and an attendant eight figure salary. By all accounts, the execs were stunned by the arrogance, egotism, sense of entitlement and obnoxious jerkism on display by the Clintons and their entourage.
This from a group who are themselves arrogant, entitled, egotists of epic proportions and who are used to dealing with some of the most obnoxious, arrogant and entitled media divas on the planet.
Just like with Hillary, no amount of coaching, media consultants, focus groups and image coaches are going to be able to make that dog hunt.
A normal person would be ashamed to be part of that but the Clintons have no shame.

The Clintoons are supreme grifters with tons of idiot celebrities foolishly enamored with them.
I am on the board of the Chamber of Commerce, a Public Improvement District and my HOA. None pay anything.
I actually pay extra dues to be on the Chamber board.
I need to get on better boards...
I wonder if she would have been on those boards if her last name had been Smith? Or Jones? Or Hubbell?
