House Republicans plan to submit criminal referrals against Fusion GPS associates, North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows said on Tuesday. Speaking at an event hosted by The Washington Post, Meadows said that he has “great concerns” with how the Fusion-funded Steele dossier was used in the investigation of President Donald Trump. Meadows did not identify the targets of the referrals, but Republicans have accused Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson of making false statements during his testimony before the House Intelligence Committee in November 2017. Republican North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows said Tuesday that House Republicans plan to submit criminal referrals to the Justice Department against two or three individuals associated with Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm that commissioned the anti-Trump Steele dossier.
“I can tell you that there are two or three individuals that we believe could have potentially given false testimony to Congress. We have been looking at that, reviewing not only the Mueller report, but comparing those to transcribed interviews that might have happened in Congress,” Meadows said at an event hosted by The Washington Post.
Only two or three? C’mon. Multiply that times 10 and we might think about being satisfied that justice will be served.
Referrals mean nothing. Has a referral from Congress ever resulted in even an indictment, let alone a conviction?

Apparently many posters are not informed about what is happening already. Investigations have been ongoing for more than a year and a half many of these crimes. Calls for criminal referrals at this point by Meadows and others are in a sense mostly theater, as criminal investigations are happening already on many.
Good investigators who know their job...DO NOT LEAK. And no one knows there is anything happening UNTIL THE ARRESTS.
And these crimes were:
1. Committed by many people who conspired to bring down a president after trying to prevent him from winning.
2. Involve other governments
3. Involve heads and upper echelons of many fed agencies
4. Involve the DNC
5. Involve lobbyists and at least one law firm, Perkins Coie
6. Involve form (spit) president 0bola.
Plus, the wrongdoers in gov had to be removed, can’t have them investigating themselves or leaking.
And good fed judges and SCOTUS had to be in place.
See why the arrests have not happened yet? These layers of multiple crimes and persons involved take time to tie in a bow, plus get the public educated so they will be able to accept (a large portion of the public, anyway) big big names being arrested, and dealing with the foreign gov agencies who also conspired and assisted in these crimes.

A few have been "fired," only to go on to more lucrative T.V. and book deals.
Justice delayed is justice denied (think 5 year statute of limitations).
They better put it into high gear here or the remaining 2 years will go by without any criminal accountability.

Since all this is not going by your personal time frame, who are ya blaming for the delays, Trump? Or could it be the swamp who’ve corrupted D.C. in every direction for many decades and continue to do so today?
It’s a very informative video about the attempted coup and other things by a former CIA official.. He says they will need to go slowly and incrementally with the prosecutions to prevent the markets and government from falling apart.
