Beto O'Rourke calls for ethical farm-to-table restaurants in every community

Former Rep. Beto O'Rourke called for the establishment of farm-to-table restaurants in every community to combat poor nutrition.

Farm-to-table restaurants are part of a socially-conscious movement favored by wealthy urbanites that often feature small, elaborately designed fare from local farms and are typically very expensive.

The Democratic presidential candidate made the gaffe at a Friday event hosted at a brewery by the Nevada State Democratic Party in Henderson, a Las Vegas suburb.

With a jumbo sized drink you had better get at least 3 plastic straws. Lol

Bring 'em on. I will have to drink fast to finish before the cops come in to arrest me for a "crime against climate control". Then probably no drinking anything in the holding cell and the waiting period to be booked.

I'll put my jacket over my face like the other gangsters do for the cameras.

wants farm-to-table restaurants in every community … that often feature small, elaborately designed fare from local farms

I guess I didn't know they had local farms in New York City. I thought every ounce of food had to be trucked in and every ounce of garbage had to be trucked out.

You are right-we have a few farm to table in this rural area-they are located on the guest ranches and farms where the food is grown/raised-along with the rustic cabins the tourists book to stay in and some little shops-us smelly redneck locals eat there, too-but the food isn’t expensive-just fresh and organic and there is no snobby wine list-you can either get beer or Texas wine, and the patio dining is next to the fence around the owner’s house and yard, complete with poultry, pot bellied pigs and peacocks wandering around

I’m not familiar with the farm to table restaurants Beta O’Dork is speaking of, but I don’t think any of us would be able to afford the food there, so it wouldn’t be open long-that paiaso has no idea what he is talking about...

I think you’re on to something. He’s chosen this issue so that he can claim his new restaurant is a campaign expense.

It is sickening to watch these socialist dictators
think they can just create PC businesses and plunk
them down in every community as an island of socialist
thought. We will not fall for it!

After Stalin identified the Kulaks, he murdered them. Under Robert Francis, AOC, and the DemonShits the same will be coming to our farms and best, most productive farmers. Time to stock up on guns, especially “assault rifles,” and ammo NOW!!!

Reading about Beto's support for Planned Parenthood and Farm to Table both in the same day reminds me of Swift's satirical 'A Modest Proposal.'

Summary copied from Mr. Internets:

"The author argues, by hard-edged economic reasoning as well as from a self-righteous moral stance, for a way to turn this problem into its own solution. His proposal, in effect, is to fatten up these undernourished children and feed them to Ireland's rich land-owners. "

I don't see what would stop them from going there with abortions, not satirically. After all, a hamburger is just a clump of cells, just like a fetus, right?
