So... where would NYC businesses relocate to and what infra-structure would it need to maintain its status quo?

Rail access, deep water port, robust granite foundation...

Wouldn’t be easier to apply a new mayor or perhaps a CEO appointed by a select board of directors? Do cities even need mayors?

He is in his last term. He has cost taxpayers over $11 million in legal fees fro various crimes he has committed. That number was a few years back so must be much more now.
He also has use 3 different names so what is he hiding?
More crimes I bet.
