So... where would NYC businesses relocate to and what infra-structure would it need to maintain its status quo?

Rail access, deep water port, robust granite foundation...

Wouldn’t be easier to apply a new mayor or perhaps a CEO appointed by a select board of directors? Do cities even need mayors?

Yes this clown is just a hopeless a-hole but the world has always had them. The problem is the largest city in the country elected him mayor..twice.

This is Amazon HQ in Seattle, with its "biosphere". Not trendy enough for NYC, AOC, or Wilhelm, I suppose.
