It’s somewhat like the Global Warming debate. The Left set the terms and we allowed them to get away with it.

They claimed the Earth was warming, but when that couldn’t sustain itself, they changed the terms to one of Climate Change.

Now they claim it’s proof of their claims if it is hot or cold. How do you refute that once you bought off on the initial premise.

With the Russian Collusion thing, Trump was going to be guilty of Collusion or simply not spilling his guts about something that never happened.

He was going to be guilty no matter what.

If we had some leaders they would call the Left out on this. Instead guys like Ryan and McConnell stand there mute waiting for things to play out not lifting a finger to help Trump, us, or more importantly, the nation.

We have got to look at this as a debate, and get aggressive at the start when the terms are being defined.

If you define the terms just so, the other side hasn’t a chance of winning. We’re losing because of poor leadership.

Trump simply cannot do it all alone.

Our side has got to develop a backbone or the nation is lost.

And we’re way down the road from sanity already.

We were bouyed by Trump's victory. Conservatives were getting bold for once. We weren't just sitting back and taking it anymore.

Then Charlottesville happened. The left had their communists, we had our white nationalists, but only one side got reported by the leftist media.

Not one Republican defended us. Trump tried and was shouted down by the media as being racist.

The rules were set at that point. The right wasn't allowed to have public gatherings anymore. The MAGA rallies ended. Conservatives went back to places like FreeRepublic and Breitbart to hide in forums where everyone agreed with them.

Our leaders could have changed that. Instead, the cowards kept silent.

Ultimately, however, the blame lies with voters who keep electing these weak men. Even after watching Trump become president, we still fall for the lies that strong conservatives can't win.

Need to be smarter.
