What about conduct, the kind of actions that use to be the basis of law?

In this self-described “Obama’s wingman’s” world, actions are not as conclusive as thoughts.

And should not McGahn be disbarred for violating lawyer-client privilege? Lawyers are not supposed to testify against their clients.

I believe McGahn testified with the approval of the Trump administration. They could have asserted either attorney-client or executive privilege, but did not.
