Now that people are starting to absorb the intent and motivations of the Special Counsel investigation, it’s worth remembering Robert Mueller interviewed President Donald Trump six days after the FBI launched a criminal “obstruction of justice” investigation, and ten months after the FBI launched the counterintelligence investigation….
Without an underlying crime there is nothing to “obstruct”.
McCabe and a lot of others should be doing hard time. This was and still is a conspiracy to overthrow the government and many of these coup plotters should spend their last days in a supermax prison. The Democrat House committee chairs should also be subject to the same type of searching investigation as Trump and let’s see how many of them were colluding with the traitors in the DOJ, the FBI and even foreign powers.
It was always about muddying the waters of Trump’s legitimacy.
The whole thing was a years-long entrapment scheme.
Comey was absolutely certain he had the President on Obstruction and said so....and only VERY recently has backed off.
Collusion is not a crime. Obstruction is.

The effort was 100% trolling and 100% bait to get Trump entrapped into doing anything that could be obstruction. He did say things (according to the report that could be interpreted as attempted obstruction but these things were not carried out so there was no obstruction). They knew this whole thing was so outrageous that 99% of people would entrap themselves with an emotional reaction. Trump did not. Fail.
Luckily Trump’s staff ignored his orders to obstruct over and over again.
How can one obstruct an illegal investigation? Every conviction by Mueller will be overturned. The prosecution can not benefit from the fruit of the poisoned tree.

Of course. Mueller did exactly what people with half a brain knew what he would do. Find no collusion or obstruction but he and the 19 rabid Democratic backers would create enough doubt the allow the rabid Democrat controlled House to continue their obstruction.
So the only conclusion is they failed their objective and made themselves look more incompetent than they looked on November 8th, 2016?

A crime is not necessary for an obstruction charge. See 18 USC 1503. However, as President, Trump has wide discretion to fire anyone he wants. If he doesn't like the color of their tie he can fire them !
Problem is that Nixon was hated. Inflation, rationing, and extending the Vietnamese War beyond all reasonable national patience to seek an honorable peace after LBJ had already lost what was politically an unwinable war - we were on the side of the heirs of the French Colonialists against the nationalists who just wanted their own country - and communism was a way to get that.
Trump’s base of staunch supporters among the people are unwavering.
