Attorney General William Barr will discuss special counsel Robert Mueller's report at a 9:30 a.m. ET press conference on Thursday.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will accompany him, according to NBC News. There was no indication that the report would be released before the press conference.
Mueller submitted the report to the Justice Department late last month. Barr will be releasing a redacted version of the approximately 400-page document, which details Mueller's findings about the Trump campaign and Russian interference in the 2016 election.
The redacted Mueller report on Russian election meddling is expected to be released to the public Thursday morning.
The special counsel did not establish conspiracy or coordination between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin, Barr wrote in a four page summary released two days after he got the report.

More idiocy from the Dems:
‘This is not justice’: Democrats accuse Barr of protecting Trump in rollout of Mueller report
They must be spit kittens.
Rosenstein has much to answer for: https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2018/08/declassified_did_rosenstein_make_false_statements_to_the_fisa_judge.html
Dittos to that! Sean, Joe diGenova, Victoria Toensing, Sara Carter, John Solomon and Gregg Jarrett could barely contain their excitement tonight. You couldn't help but notice. At long last, I'm optimistic as well. ;-)
Different topic. This is about Trump collusion.
God forbid!
Rosenstein stayed because the President was slow to get the name of his replacement to the Senate for confirmation.
No.
I saw it reported at least once or twice that Barr had “asked Rosenstein to stay on and help him review the FISA process”. I think this is when I thought that he HAD to be an integral part of what was happening/going to happen next.
Never personal. Always business.
And business is good.
The reason [RR] is still hanging around is so that they can use the "optics" that we are watching as we speak. [RR] co-signs Barr's "no obstruction" decision, he defends Barr's integrity, and now he will stand next to Barr at tomorrow's presser.
[RR] is a derp and he is being used against his own team now. Mueller participates in the "reclusions" with [RR]. Will the derps attack [RR] and Mueller as agents of Trump? Haha. Good luck with that one, derpie derps.
Our guys Trump/Barr/? are using [RR] because they own him.
That's the real story.
After Mueller is dispensed with, we will see DECLAS and the IG report.
All according to plan, fellas. Thank you for your patience.
p.s. Word around the campfire is that next week we'll start hearing how the "spying" was ordered from the White House.
Things are starting to get REAL good.

Thanks for all the info. I hope every word of it is true. Like I said earlier, this is probably the first time I have felt like people are going to get what’s due to them.
You and about 80% of FR. It's good to see people cheering up as things fall into place.
It was hard being patient, I do know that.
But Trusting the Plan was always a good idea, you ask me. It's not as if Trump was just fumbling around from day to day, right?
Ooops. I meant "redactions".
Obama will be named ...
Q: Trust Rosenstein?
I like that hashtag!
Never.
I’ll be out so I set the TV to record OAN for a 2-hour window ...has the Dems all googly-eyed and yowling so they are obviously afraid of some truth being put out there before they get to corrupt the data...
But Trusting the Plan was always a good idea, you ask me. It's not as if Trump was just fumbling around from day to day, right?
Let me guess, you’re still buying into the Q tea leaves and TRUST SESSIONS.
Relating it to a crime that is not something fuzzy like "colllusion" makes the entire outrage very clear.
