2. My French-born priest went back to France to visit his family last year, and they warned him not to wear his cassock in public ... not because of fears of an attack by Muslims, but an attack by ordinary French sh!t-bags.

I am sorry to hear about your French born priest, mine has no problem when he goes home and into the City of Paris.
Latin Mass is offered at ND at least once a year for the pilgrimage to Chartres.

According to Pilgrim-info, there is Mass at 8am, 9am and at the main alter at noon, and an evening Mass at 6:15pm. For Good Friday/Easter Sunday, it’s super big deal Mass.
