Ocasio-Cortez blames migrant crisis on climate change

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez blamed the migrant crisis on climate change Tuesday night, just hours after suggesting that the US would “have blood on our hands” if climate legislation — like her Green New Deal — doesn’t get passed.
“The far-right loves to drum up fear & resistance to immigrants,” tweeted the freshman congresswoman. “But have you ever noticed they never talk about what‘s causing people to flee their homes in the first place? Perhaps that’s bc they’d be forced to confront 1 major factor fueling global migration: Climate change.”
Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) had been campaigning for her Green New Deal on Capitol Hill earlier in the day Tuesday and pushing for ways to combat climate change.
“I think what we have laid out here is a very clear moral problem,” she told House Oversight Committee members. “If we fail to act or if we delay in acting, we will have blood on our hands.”
Republicans have blasted Ocasio-Cortez’s Green New Deal for being a “socialist” scheme that would likely cost way too much money. The New York lawmaker called out her critics during Tuesday’s congressional hearing.
“While I am incredibly flattered that the ranking member and many members across the aisle seem to be so enamored with a non-binding resolution presented by a freshman congresswoman sworn in three months ago, I think that ironically — despite that fixation — it doesn’t seem that they’ve actually read the contents of the proposed and presented resolution,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

She’s easily as intelligent as any other liberal. What’s the issue? We’ve known how moronic these people are ever since Jimmy Carter.
This is not a new concept, or any idea of hers; for years the Caribbean sh!tholes have been using this idea to wring money from developed “white” countries. This BS is part of the “new green deal”, which was penned decades ago.
She’s a puppet, plucked from a bar, to parrot a party line daily fed to her by her puppet masters. She is truly stupid, and we can see that whenever she tries to go off script, but her main ideas are not stupid, they are carefully calculated attacks on capitalism and the west and they are being promulgated by people who are unseen, in the background, telling her what to say. Is AOC a moron? Absolutely. But did this idea of global warming causing the migration invasion her idea? Absolutely not.
If CO2 is a dangerous pollutant, she should stop exhaling it.
When it comes to democrats - especially AOC - “climate change” is the built-in “go to” excuse for whatever is bugging them, or, for whatever they think is bugging us.
Either that, or “racism”.
Then, they try to convince us that they have the answer to either, or both of them.
We had a black, radical, president for eight years, racism is worse than ever.
We had algore, who belongs in an asylum.
All AOC is doing is channeling algore, hillary, and a host of other “progressives”...different mouth, same message.
None of algore’s predictions have come true, and neither will AOC’s.
AOC’s use-by date has long passed. She’s just another garden variety moron.

It’s so obvious this girl is a complete moron. Just why would the puppet masters pick someone like this?
Easy to manipulate? Yes, maybe. But a half intelligent, more articulate, better brainwashed person could more convincingly spin their ideas. Was being non-white a factor in her selection? Absolutely! But again, they could have picked a more intelligent person.
Or, could it be Cortez merely reflects what the puppet masters think of Americans?
Regardless, this girl makes John Kerry look intelligent.

Maybe it was like L Ron Hubbard making a bet with Heinlein that he could start a new religion. Maybe there was a behind-the-scenes bet that they could promote an 80-IQ bar-girl to be a national spokesperson for democrap socialism.

I bet some local talk show host (like Armstrong and Getty) could come up with some absurd scenario that they could dump on AOC in an interview. She would parrot it as real and end up being a laughing stock. I see her as very self serving and gullible.
Conservatives are getting getting off message by fixating on every stupid thing she says. It’s easier to vent and to ridicule her than to learn how to explain to young people why she is wrong.
