“One of the surest symptoms of the mentally ill, is the run-on sentence.”

Not really. Cutting edge literary technique for some time, used by Hemingway, Faulkner, etc.

I don’t really care for it, myself. I regret those writers got caught up in it. They were really good when they did not use it.

From Wikipedia:

“Stream of consciousness writing is usually regarded as a special form of interior monologue and is characterized by associative leaps in thought and lack of some or all punctuation.”

“...pissed him off more...”

That is exactly what I told my husband - and I almost never use that expression, however this called for it.

When Hillary heard that, I hope she was wearing two pairs of her Super Duper Extra Absorbant Kick-Ass Depends.

Is that why Trump’s approval rating is 53%? He has everything in place to nab not only the Dems but also those country club republicans and their seditious ways. Remember this is the same group that worships the owl every summer in Napa. Watch the show...

Absolutely amazing, as the whole media kept reporting on various indictments as if it was a noose tightening around Trump and family, and then, poof, nothing. For more than a year these indictments were not to lead at all to a tightening of the noose, nor were to be designed specifically that way as Democrats had hoped and “changed”.

Oy, President Trump is coming to Crosby this afternoon,
that’s just a couple miles down the road from here.

Reckon he’ll stop by the house and say hello, maybe visit a while?

I think the timing is suspect. If Trump loses in 2020, you just know this investigation (and any findings or indictments) will disappear.

“It’s been widely reported Huber didn’t interview anybody.”

A week or two ago , on his show Levin interviewed John Solomon and Sara Carter. They said they, or someone else, had uncovered some huge information on the Clinton scandal.

When Huber heard about it, he contacted them and requested a copy of the report. They reminded him that he had received it around eight months earlier.

They’re of the belief that the Huber “investigation” is, and always has been, a placebo for conservatives so they can assume something is being done when it isn’t. It’s a condescending pat on our heads to make us STFU and stop bothering them.

It’s a good thing Tom Fitton and all of Judicial Watch didn’t buy in to that and become complacent.

“How do you execute all of the traitors?”

Let the experts do it. Someone give Hillary a call.

" You are dreaming. This is strictly a political “matter” now for 2020. The beltway GOP will never in a million years support prosecuting criminal Democrats to the benefit of Donald J. Trump. Sorry."

Hate to say it but I agree 100 percent. We don't need any investigations. If we do it's only to get a few things in order to present to a grand jury which should take all of two weeks.

Hillary, Comey, Paige, struck, macabe, rosenstein et al are the worst criminals in the history of American Politics. The notion we have to look into things to see if there was any "wrongdoing" is in insult to our intelligence. Lock them up now!

It appears that “retiring to spend more time with...” won’t save them. Since Hillary was exonerated, some believe that establishing a presidential campaign with actual public support will get give them “indictment immunity”.

:: POTUS is herding cats and trying to get everybody to the polls so he can win. ::

I can’t help but point out that this way of thinking about the campaign and election is sooooo late 20th century Democrat Party thinking. Dhimmicrats hold on to this concept because all that matters is winning the election, then they get to do what they want, voters be damned.

Trump has said it recently, “I don’t play games!”

Innocent people are dying
THIS IS NOT A GAME

Barr comes across as the “silent, but deadly” type. Even the calmest person could be flustered or get agitated at the histrionics hurled toward him by the Democrats on that committee...but he was as cool as a cucumber not even raising an eyebrow - not providing any juicy soundbites for the press to take out of context to make it look like he was put on the defensive.

He sort of reminded me of a dad calmly enduring an encounter with a teenager stomping her foot and saying, "But it's not FAIR!" just before he lowers the boom.

I just haven't seen anyone 'panic' or make a desperate move to 'save' themselves or their careers.

If something big was happening I would expect someone to 'get out of Dodge' before the shooting starts.

I haven't seen that.

Some people like McCabe and Comey were fired but no one has yet quickly resigned for no reason and moved to Caracas. There have been no high name suicides I'm aware of.

If anything is going on behind the scenes it's super secret. Is that possible? I guess.

What we're left with is:

The investigation is so secret, the big names don't know it's happening.

There is no investigation and it's all for show and to placate people.

There is an investigation but the people being investigated know with 100% confidence they're not going to be touched.

Your answer to each of those questions determines your hope or cynicism or your place on the q scale.
