My concern is Trump reading such polls and and deciding not to do anything that might be considered controversial about the border.
His hands are tied with the 9th Circus Court denying and blocking every move he makes.
A nutcase judge just blocked the ‘wait in Mexico’ policy, same Obama appointee that struck down the citizenship question on the next year’s census form.
No matter what Trump does, the Dems file suit in federal court, 9th District of course, to block, stop or delay his actions.
The American people see this............................

trump’s philosophy has NEVER been poll-driven, unlike every other politician on the planet. If that had been the case, trump would never had taken the positions he did during the 2016 election, and he would have continuously flip-flopped in at attempt to chase the polls, again like every other politician on the planet.
trump’s positions are genuine and have been consistently articulated in every speech he’s ever given ...in other words, trump has not once given any indication that he pays the least attention to polls ...

Trump has his own polls, which are likely higher than this.
He has gone to the mat on the border this week. The drive-bys aren’t reporting that Mexico has made concessions. Even with those concessions, Trump has let them know he has more ammo (tariffs, closing the border) and will use it.
This is not a man who pulls punches. He is on offense 24/7/365. When we see public pull-backs and ambiguity, there is always a reason. He is like the guy who says, “Well, ok, then...”, as he half turns away to wind up before delivering another knock-out blow.
Donald always wins and he always gets revenge.
