Do you think that the Colorado or Washington State Governors might remove the brave Sheriffs who refuses to enforce asinine gun laws that were recently voted in by gullible citizens?
I am hoping they are not smart enough to figger this out.
I was thinking about that when I read the article. The Sheriff’s who might resist can make a case that the laws are unconstitutional. Maybe the Governors can remove them, and maybe the voters can put them back into office. If anywhere, I would look to California and expect that Newsome or his AG would be treacherous enough to do this.
Depends on their State Constitution.
