Bring back LORAN-C and HF radio communications. Set up Shortwave stations to broadcast world events and let us return to the 60s technologically speaking. It’ll be fun!

India needs to police their firing range.

Please.

We don’t need that kind of language here.

It is not “shortwave”.

It is vertically challenged wave.

Full creation of Space Force is long overdue.

It’s a good thing. If Iran or NK shoots something odd, India can knock it down before it comes over the north pole and explodes over North America.

That is a very hostile action. Hope they apologize before they get retaliated on.

Not good. I’d be interested in seeing what the orbital path of all the debris is. With each year that passes the potential for Kessler syndrome increases.

Start selling HeathKits again.
I always wanted their Comanche and Cheyenne combo.

I’m sure that Russia, China, and the US all have “killer satellites”, and also are examining defensive measures.

Hopefully the next war will be decided in space and not on earth (hence, no damage here).

They have developed an alternative to GPS. A government agency, Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) as been working on a project that combines an advanced internal navigation system with All Source Positioning & Navigation (ASPN). ASPN picks up ANY known signal, including sets of dedicated navigation transmitters.

Man has been adventurous and curious since the Garden.

Once technology takes hold, it cannot be stopped.

The industrial revolution was a major human development that truly exploded goods on the planet ... and as long as people made money ... let it explode.

The electron on the other hand is an entirely different matter.

We went over to Japan to capitalize on cheap labor after the war and those smart Japs just ate every BIT of technology we had UP !

And rocked the world with cars and radios.

Satelite tech HAS to go the same way.

Trump is right to re-new our space program. We really DO need to be the first in a few areas up there.

India is ripe for a kinetic strike. Their stench is the only thing that may save them.
