Any information discovered as a result of the fraudulent document FISA warrants should be ruled non-admissable, and the charges null and void.
Under that parameter, I would back men being pardoned.
If the information used to convict was obtained under the commission of a coup attempt, the same.
If however the information to convict was obtained via reasoned due process, then I’d have to object to a pardon.
People need to avoid breaking the law, and should not be released for political reasons.
IMO no one got due process with all the sealed charges, redactions and cost defending yourself.
Especially in the case of Manaford. The system is so corrupt all charged should be dropped, even those against the Russians.
