Maybe as to collusion but left obstruction of justice open.
And they do so at their own risk, just like pursuing endless investigations into everything the Mueller investigation investigated. If they follow that route the next two years, they pursue their own demise. So I say...let them go ahead.

Barr said he and Rosenstein decided not proceed on obstruction of justice.
Mueller said he presented arguments on both sides in re: obstruction but left it up to justice on whether or not to proceed on the charge of obstruction.
agree but they are only screwing themselves moving forward and this only helps the President.....Trump is not afraid to punch back neither are his supporters...did you see how many people were in front of Trump Tower yesterday celebrating “Happy No Collusion Day”??
Listening to some Dem jack-wagon on on the HJC on MSNBC. Said that Grand Jury testimony is not at the same threshold of “Classified” as Classified” material, so HJC should review.

I’m not ready to give Mueller a pass yet. It’s possible that he was trying his best to find dirt (Consider is plea deal offer to Corsi, whom Mueller didn’t even end up indicting.) but the clock ran out on him when Barr was appointed. Mueller’s ambiguous “obstruction” non-conclusion was the best that he could do. He could have just said what Barr and Rosenstein said.

I don’t see much reason to cheer. Trump has been exonerated, but this nonsense shouldn’t have occurred in the first place. For two years they were able to drip, drip, drip enough Mueller-related news to stir up the Dem base and fool some swing voters into giving the House back to the Dems, so that they could put an end to Trump’s agenda and stir up more fake investigations as needed. The Deep State got what it wanted.
From Barr's 4 page report......."Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein and I have concluded....."No obstruction of Justice Offense".

That ain’t gonna happen...it’s never happened before.
As I read it, because there was no evidence od collusion, there was no reason to obstruct justice.
