Joe Biden got tongue tied over the weekend when he was unable to properly deliver a very simple line about his decision to run for President. Get used to it, another low I.Q. individual!

Well Biden’s brain has had 3 invasive surgeries.
Getting tongue is probably the least of his motor & mental control problems.
Trump knew he would get lambasted by Trump haters on his Twitter feed, but he made this comment because, more importantly, he knew that it would stick in Slow Joe's craw.

I don’t believe Donald Trump has much regard for Joe Biden’s intellectual attainment.
And yet, the general consensus is, that Biden has the best chance of all the Democrats in competition for the 2020 nomination for the Presidency, to possibly unseat Trump.
Only if the major push for total and near-universal vote fraud in 2020 is successful.
