Rush is very high on Pete, the Mayor of South Bend Indiana (home of Notre Dame). Pete is a Harvard grad, Rhodes Scholar and combat vet in Afghanistan. Rush says he is very sharp and stands head and shoulder above the Dem mob (which is not that hard to do - Gulliver amid the Liliputians).
