Recently, former Republican governor and failed 2016 candidate Jeb Bush, a vocal critic of then-candidate Donald Trump who has remained so throughout his presidency, urged a Republican to challenge the incumbent Trump in the upcoming election.
After implying that President Trump’s ideas aren’t challenging to Democrats, as well as questioning Trump’s conservatism, Bush said he hoped “someone” would run – and quickly caught the attention of the president’s son, Donald Trump Junior.
“I personally think it should be Jeb,” suggested Don Jr., noting the “limp exclamation point” in reference to Bush’s “Jeb!” campaign slogan, before asking, “or was the first thrashing enough for you, buddy?”
Trump supporters agreed, with many urging Jeb to make good on his implications and attempt to run again in 2020 for the sheer amusement of watching his debate performances.

The GHW Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA) has been the life’s work of Bush League Republicans.
Fundamentally transforming this country and preventing the citizens from stopping it is their primary purpose.
They still control most of the Senate and much of the GOP election apparatus.
They are not about to let US reverse it, even if we miraculously elected President Trump.
I hear Jeb has a warehouse full of guacamole bowls laying around still. Perhaps a half price sale.

I have no use for Jeb or any of the Bushes, now that I see them as the Globalist-Unipartyers that they are.
It’s personally satisfying to slam Jeb.
But Don Jr. is not helping matters by name calling on this level. It appears juvenile. Old guard GOP who may have been considering donations or supporting this president in 2020 are suddenly cautious again. If Don Jr. wants to be a part of the process, then he should start running for office somewhere, not just throwing Cherrybombs of wisecracks two or three times a week. What’s that about?
I just heard from Don Jr. yesterday, when he defended Chelsea Clinton against Australian students who stupidly blamed her for the gunman killing 49 people. In the past, Chelsea has defended Barron Trump against various crude remarks made by celebrities. In this area, Don Jr. is doing the right thing, even though I dislike Chelsea’s parents.
Jeb! thinks there will be a groundswell begging him to run.
Even if he did run, again, he would likely lose in the primary. If he did happen to win the primary, he would hand the election to the Dems.
Bush Fatigue set in about 3 months into GW’s 2nd term. Few want to go through a 3rd Bush presidency.
Sorry, Tippy-toes, but you just don’t have the groundswell support to make a viable run happen.
And he will “do better” at standing on his tippy toes! A pox on that whole useless family. Having to live with the knowledge that I voted for his father and brother will stay with me for the rest of my life! I a m so over with “the it’s my time GOPe Candidates!” The Booshes, Bob Dole, & McSlime.

Jeb would be token opposition for the Republican nomination. President Trump would crush him at least as easily as he did in 2016.
