The FISA court was either misled or was a willing accomplice. Most likely the latter.

In any event, I do not understand why these judges are not called to testify to Congress.

My position since this came out has been that the FISA court was almost certainly in on this.

How could the FISA judges have credibly either not known or never asked about the dossier? I will not be surprised at all if we find out that the FISA judges are corrupt and were in on the entire scheme.
