This is CNN? Primetime shows filled with liberal opinion, not straight news as network claims

CNN touts its primetime lineup as being straight, just-the-facts news, but anyone tuning in to the network’s evening programming can expect a heavy dose of liberal opinion, as “Anderson Cooper 360,” “CNN Tonight” and “Cuomo Prime Time” don't always align with founder Ted Turner's bare bones, objective approach to journalism.

"Anderson Cooper is a mix of news and opinion, but Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo are obviously heavy on opinion and use the news as a launching pad for those opinions," Cornell University Law Professor William Jacobson told Fox News. I remember watching "Crossfire" on CNN in the early 90s. That was the only show anywhere, including the rest of CNN, where you could hear a bit of conservative information. I absolutely hated the format - people yelling and screaming over each other, but there were, at least, a few conservative whispers. "McLaughlin Group" was the same, but it was only on Sundays.

I even bought a big satellite dish, just so I could get Rush's TV show. I remember it was really weird to be sitting in the living room watching a black TV screen during the ordinary commercial time when no commercials were showing.

There were simply no other conservative voices on US television. It was a great relief when Fox News started. I even watched it for a time on my dial up modem where I had to pay long distance phone rates to get a connection. It was a great day when I could get Fox News on a small dish, and when I found a dial up connection with a local phone number.

Another article in the "And, this is news?" column. CNN is nothing but liberal commentary. They long ago abandoned any semblance of "reporting" news. Their fat cat old white cracker male owners dictated they would "create" news by pushing a liberal Soros backed agenda.
