Stacey Abrams — who rose to national prominence in the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial election — said she is not ruling out a 2020 presidential bid. Democrat Abrams tweeted the announcement soon after saying she would not run until 2028. “20 years ago, I never thought I’d be ready to run for POTUS before 2028. But life comes at you fast. Now 2020 is definitely on the table......” Abrams wrote.
Abrams, an ex-state House minority leader in Georgia, (and a romance book novelist) narrowly lost the 2018 gubernatorial election. Abrams would have been the first black woman elected to the post. She also delivered the Democratic rebuttal to Pres Trump’s State of the Union address.
In a NYT interview, Abrams said she’s mulling her options. “I’m not saying I would be the best candidate, but I’m not going to dismiss it out of hand the way others do,” she said.

Along with all else, she is a tax deadbeat. Like Hillary, she doesnt accept election results.

Oh yes, she’s the one who inspired the classic from another Freeper who said while Hillary reminds you of your ex wife, Stacey Abrams reminds you of the woman at the DMV.
Good Lord, I hope she runs. Unlike the others, that talk Socialism but are allowed to deny that is what they want to push on the American people, Abrams is open and honest about it. She also supports illegals being able to vote. Not even going to get into her being a tax cheat.
If she does anything, she’s going to drive the Dem candidates even further Left. If we’re lucky, maybe the guy from Florida can throw his hat into the ring. That would be amazing. Abrams and the guy from Florida would get all sorts of support from AOC, Omar, Tlaib and Pressley, getting a lot of support from the hipster crowd that wants socialism, even though they don’t really know what it is. It’s gonna drive that side crazy.
And then, when the time is right, clinton will show up, claiming to be the one to unite all of them under one big tent, but one by one, her media sycophants and followers will pick off her opponents like a sniper. It’ll be carnage on an epic scale.
Obama set this current trend for people who have never accomplished anything at all to want to run for the presidency.
Unfortunately, in Obama’s case, he won.
If not for the Atlanta metro area, Augusta, Columbus/Muscogee Cty, and Savannah, it wasn’t a contest. But, with the help of her sister and some other like-minded judges, she was able to draw it out and get some late votes counted, even though it didn’t matter. I don’t thinks she’s ever conceded, either. Saddest thing is, it was close. More and more, the densely populated cities, as they do in all the “Blue states” are able to dictate the path of their states. Much to the detriment of the folks that do not live in the cities.
As I’ve stated before, it’d be great if they could have some type of, Electoral College-type voting system in Georgia, so the liberals and inner city folks don’t get to rule the roost. Each county gets a vote or something like that. No reason 10-15% of the counties in the state, should be the decision makers.
True...but the fact that she came as close as she did, in Georgia, should be a WakeUp Call for everyone. The Dem’s flipped Tom Price’s old seat, which had been in Republican hands for quite some time, due to all the liberals moving into the state. And Gwinnett elected some Dem’s for the first time in a very long time as well, due to northern liberals and illegals, of which there are many of each.
They are close to taking things over, at least at some levels if something isn’t done or the people don’t wake up.
Yep, that’s Stacey’s A-team right there, standing at the ready to intimidate legitimate voters and poll watchers.

Basically, it was Atlanta, Athens, and Savanah that voted for Stacy Abrams.
Can you imagine her speeches as POTUS? Zoomed in, bloomed, with creepy 1984/Hunger-Games-like blurred backgrounds of CGI’d “fans” cheering her on.
