President Donald Trump's personal attorney Michael Cohen met with House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., several times before testifying before the panel last week, Fox News reports.
According to two unnamed sources, Cohen met with Schiff's staff in New York at least four times, for a total of 10 hours, before his appearance before the committee. Fox News reports Cohen and Schiff's staff discussed several of the topics that came up during the panel's hearing, including the National Enquirer's policy of stifling stories, the CEO of its parent company, American Media, and Trump's alleged actions regarding the value of his family business.
Rep. Mike Turner, R-Ohio, sent a letter to Cohen's legal team Wednesday requesting answers about his contacts "with Democratic Members or Democratic staff of SSCI [Senate Select Committee on Intelligence], COR [House Committee on Oversight and Reform], or HPSCI [House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence] prior to his appearances before House and Senate committees last week."

So, is subornation by a committee chair of perjured testimony before that committee a felony or does the chair get a free pass under the speech and debate clause?

If the chair is a Republican........yes.
Schiff is a Democrat therefore he gets a free pass under the speech and debate clause.
This disqualifies Schiff and removes him from further leadership . Those meetings are “EX parte” and against all rules of ethics and conduct by a fact finder.
Despite the panic on the left as they find a “ No collusion” finding from Mueller after 2 years $56 million they scourer the dregs of humanity for rats to lie to them about Trump.It is their final gasp as the American people see them clearly now. Reminds me of the defense of the armed forces veteran NFL player who refused to kneel with the team, and then apologized, and many here said it was ok, because he’d been threatened or something.

Or, Lanny Davis' fingers twitching as he pulls the puppet strings.
Think about two little things. Much was made over Trump's lawyers looking over Cohen's earlier statements. What Davis felt it necessary to add later was that Cohen had initiated the contact, and that there was a joint defense agreement. Or, that Cohen stated he wanted no mercy from the corrupt Trump, and would never ask for a pardon, when in fact, Cohen had done exactly that.
Davis may be happy to suborn perjury from Cohen to benefit Hillary and the Democratic cause, but not to an extent which exposes him professionally.
So did Cohen and Schitt.
So Schiff committed Obstruction of Justice.
Oh, the irony.
Nobody paid the price for letting Hillary off the hook for her emails.
Nobody paid the price for creating the Trump dossier and then weaponizing it.
Nobody paid the price for neutering Jeff Sessions through blackmail.
If I were the Democrats, I would continue to conspire and conduct a coup against Trump....nobody seems to care.
Collusion.

They won't go ixnay on the lanpay coverage like everyone else does when Democrats are involved.
