Judge could revoke Roger Stone's bail because his new book is STILL on sale (tr)

The federal judge overseeing former Trump adviser Roger Stone's criminal trial signaled Tuesday that she might revoke his bail, criticizing him and his lawyers for failing to tell her when she issued a gag order that his latest book – which includes slashing commentary about Special Counsel Robert Mueller – was already on sale.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson also wrote in a signed order that she believes Stone's lawyers misled her last week about the timing of the book's release as a means to generate publicity for it.

And regardless of when the book first went on sale, she wrote Tuesday, Stone 'may no longer share his views on these particular subjects with the world.'

Jackson ruled on February 21 that Stone would be permitted to raise money for his defense, and to proclaim his innocence, but otherwise forbade him from making any public comments about his trial or the special counsel probe that led to his criminal charges of lying to investigators, witness tampering and obstruction of justice.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller wrote Jackson on Monday to alert her that a new introduction Stone wrote to accompany his book, titled 'The Myth of Russia Collusion,' was available to the public on Amazon com.

In it, Stone complains that 'Mr. Mueller may frame me for some bogus charge in order to silence me or induce me to testify against the president.'

I’m so old I remember when America didn’t have political prisoners. Time for Trump to flop his crank on the table and pardon Stone.

With our current leftist (communist) judges, where do we go to get our Consitutional rights back?

Roger Stone is a political prisoner. Where is Amnesty International and the ACLU?

I’ve long believed the power entrenched in Washington since at least the 1960s has some truly MONSTROUS secrets that would rock the entire planet if they were uncovered.

I think they’re terrified that a non-politician, private-sector President like Trump might just bring down generations of evil and corrupt government and media figures.

Berman is notorious enough that I’d heard of her for years before this recent stuff.

Then there’s the book suppose to be authored by Mueller and released March 26 titled; ‘The Mueller Report: The Final Report of the Special Counsel into Donald Trump, Russia, and Collusion’

—Evidently no gag order needed. Curious though about who gets the proceeds. Mueller or maybe the DNC?

Don’t you just hate that, Amy? Hey Amy...can you spell Legal Abuse, as in Judiciary Misconduct? Or do you plan on “Enronning” everyone who has any relationship to DJT?

“A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton alleging that her use of a private email server while serving as secretary of state was the deadly impetus behind the 2012 attacks on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya that left four Americans dead, including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens. U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson, appointed by former President Barack Obama and based in Washington, D.C., made the decision Friday, dismissing the case brought on by Patricia Smith, the mother of State Department information officer Sean Smith, and Charles Woods, the father of CIA operative Tyrone Woods. The parents alleged, when they filed the suit in August, that Clinton’s use of a private email server “exposed confidential information about plaintiffs’ relatives to the terrorists.”

“(DEC. 17, 2013)—Judge Amy B. Jackson, DC District Court, has stonewalled the House Oversight Committee’s subpoena for documents related to the U.S. Justice Department’s ill-fated Fast and Furious operation. She is yet another Harvard Law graduate in the ever-growing White House corruption scandal.

Tragically, U.S. border guard Brian Terry was killed in Peck Canyon, Arizona on Dec. 15, 2010 by an AR-15 assault rifle. This weapon was part of a cache of weapons trafficked to Mexican drug cartels under Fast and Furious. Mr. Terry’s family has been stonewalled as well.

On Jun. 26, 2012 by House Resolution No. 706, Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress for failing to turn over subpoenaed documents regarding Fast and Furious. Since then, Judge Jackson has stalled the Committee’s efforts to get the documents through the courts.”

Jackson also contributed $1,000 to Clinton’s 1992 Democratic presidential campaign and while previously working at a law firm, represented former Democratic congressman William J. Jefferson in a corruption trial, the Washington Post reported

Not sure if she can be impeached, but she’s just one of a long line of liberal criminals who probably won’t get their just desserts until they’re dead, and stand before the LORD.

Guess the dishonorable Judge Berman failed “Constitutional Rights 101”. First Amendment, first lesson.

Mueller is a little shit. Stone already said this about his muzzling attempts.

A lot of conservative law enforcement people and former DOJ officials keep telling us how honorable and trustworthy Mueller is.

He’s about as trustworthy as Hitler was when he said that after Danzig and the Sudentenland/part of Czechoslovakia, he won’t take anything else.

How’d that work out for the world?

Of course you have to read The Daily Mail to get actual reporting in the US.
