Perimeter guards are low-level GS employees who drive from home to work, and shop at WalMart.Who mostly hate their incompetent and annoying bosses. The guy who was skipped over for promotion for purposes of political correctness or he sucked at his job etc. is going to eat popcorn if he has it. That will be the time all nature of scores will be settled.
