What sent me to the mall was looking at clothes on the web and finding they only had XXL or XXS sizes. Drove me nuts — the summary images could have showed sizes in stock. But no, I had to click into each item of clothing to see if they had it in my size.

Then, at the mall, I found the medium size shirts by Brand X ran way too small and I needed to get a large, while shirts by Brand Y ran a normal size medium and I bought those in medium. Lack of standardization of sizes drives me nuts.

Yes, you’ve touched on exactly the type of things that irritated me too.

It goes to material too. Something can look great in a picture and then you get it, and it’s scratchy.

I want to wear something that’s comfortable as well as decent looking.
