That’s all good and said but I think the Pubbies intentionally put up candidates that are a guaranteed loser. If your going to fight in the belly of the beast, fight hard.

...hasn’t held a paid job since 2010 and supports herself financially through federal disability benefits....Goggins said her mental illnesses materialized after she stopped snorting cocaine in 2005.

Millions of potential candidates and our crackerjack GOP picks this winner? It's like they deliberately plan to lose.

"Optics may be bad but converting supporters however we can is a good thing."

Is it only bad optics?

If she can run for office she should 1st get off her ass and get a job - rather than sponging off taxpayer with a BS disability.

With that RINO GOP's game plan, of out Democrating Democrats, what's the point of winning?

“supports herself financially through federal disability benefits”

Sounds like she saw what a sweet deal jesse jackson jr. got despite being convicted of felonies. $8,700 per month ain’t bad.

Dallas County (Texas) had a crazy female Republican DA. She was finally forced to resign, and the Democrats control the office now.

Sounds like the Republicans in Pennsylvania took a dive on this one.

This doesn’t make any difference. A Republican has zero chance there anyway.

The GOP in Philadelphia essentially is toothless. There has not been a Republican Mayor since the early 1950’s. Philadelphia is a one-party town. The Republicans are given a few crumbs, such as patronage or control of the Parking Authority. They also are given a minority position on City Council. Overall, the Republicans do very little. Every four years they put up a sacrificial candidate for Mayor. But even with all the shortcomings, certainly the GOP could have come up with another candidate.

I’d say she’s more qualified to be a Senator or a Representative,, shame to waste her on a big city slot.

Nanny&Maxine would embrace her as one of their own, I’m sure.

I wish her well.

Thanks zeestephen.
...hasn’t held a paid job since 2010 and supports herself financially through federal disability benefits...
IOW, she DOESN'T support herself.
Philadelphia Republican Party’s endorsed candidate for mayor, Daphne Goggins, suffers from anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder... said her mental illnesses materialized after she stopped snorting cocaine in 2005.
Black LINES Matter. Nice vettin' job.
