Chicago cops on Wednesday called Jussie Smollett a suspect in the investigation into whether he orchestrated a reputed hate-crime attack against himself and said he was being probed for allegedly filing a false police report.
The department is “currently presenting evidence before a Cook County Grand Jury,” a police spokesman tweeted.

Please, just apply the law. Like Lady Justice, with her eyes covered, irregardless of his sexual orientation, skin color or social status. APPLY the law to the full extent. Please.
If Juicy agrees to roll on Heels Up Harris for the hoax, I think he should get a much lighter sentence - 3 years house arrest with a new ankle bracelet.

Actually, I bet the Chicago PD was licking their chops and laughing their butts off. They have probably never had so much fun getting a chance to squash a bad guy publicly this bad. Law enforcement doesn’t appreciate being made a clown of. Jussie Smollet is a moron, evil, and he’s going to be a poster boy for this kind of thing. I will bet that Trump too will make sure there are severe federal charges against him. Perhaps good to recall what Trump said the moment he heard of this “attack”....? I bet he knew too, but he had to say something supportive of Smollet until proven otherwise.
Filing a false report is small stuff. If it is proven that he sent the fake anthrax mail himself then he is in for serious charges.
