Sending the powder may push this past the threshold of ho hum. The powder thing has been done before and the perps weren’t happy with the outcome when they were caught. It’s hard to sweep it under the rug when so many bought it cause they wanted it to be true. Having friends in high places don’t help when they won’t answer their phone.

Maybe the FBI will send 75 agents to prove the Chicago police are racist or something... That's what they did in Ferguson - - sided with the criminals against the police...
